Time to Breathe

Breathe as much as you can only through your nose and visibly watch and feel your belly move with each breath. Whenever you have a moment where you feel stress come back to this belly breathing. Try inhaling for 4 seconds and exhaling for 8 seconds. Notice how you feel.
