Research came out that all men with erectile dysfunction (ED) can be helped by exercise. In the randomized control study walking and cycling were used 3 times a week for 30 minutes for aerobic exercise. All men with ED responded positively no matter what their age or health history! It turns out if you have ED you can fix it yourself with exercise!
