Load up on nutritious vegetables for a healthier you!




I want to share a straightforward message with you: steer clear of sugar, but if you decide to indulge, keep in mind to limit yourself to around 200 calories from your preferred dessert. This guideline also applies when snacking on nuts. Opt for leafy greens to help you feel satisfied and potentially reduce cravings. Do not try to reduce the amount of food you eat but instead increase the amount of leafy greens and vegetables. This should help you eat less of the bad stuff. Reward yourself with a modest dessert serving later on, but exercise caution with sugary or fatty snacks like nuts. Try to replace the olive oil with balsamic vinegar when grilling your vegetables.
