Absolutely! I have never come across anyone or any research suggesting that alcohol contributes to becoming bigger, faster, or stronger. On the contrary, it hinders muscle recovery, triggers inflammation, disrupts sleep, and damages cells. It's interesting how people debate between being vegetarian or carnivore while both groups consume alcohol without much thought. Let's address this obvious issue first!
