Since Canada is on fire and making things hazy it is worth knowing how to exercise in the smoke. Let your highest level be orange AQI for exercise. This is 101 to 150 on the air quality index (AQI), check this with your phone. The shorter the duration outside the better. Sprints for 20 minutes is better than 1 hour of easy jogging. Early mornings tend to be the best time to exercise. If you want to wear a N95 you can but it has to be a proper N95 so it can filter out the particulates. If you are a member of a gym it is ok to run on a treadmill or ride a stationary bike! Some research in case you care!
