Do you run around with bad tires on your car that are flat? Of course not! Our feet are the tires of our bodies that literally take us everywhere. Did you know your feet have muscles that can be strengthened? As a runner, my right foot aches every morning when I get up and I decided to do something about it. Here are some articles I used to pick what exercises I will do. Of note, it talks about using minimalist running shoes but they did it at the same time as implementing practices. I will start with exercises and see how my feet respond to them before adding minimalist shoes.
