Create a routine where you fall asleep and wake up at the same time no matter what, even on the weekends!
Cut electronics, light, and the temperature before bed and in the bedroom.
Exercise daily
Limit food and drinks before bed.
Alcohol and caffeine will mess with your sleep so use them wisely
If you do not fall asleep within 20 minutes get up and do not use electronics to get sleepy, use a book or no light-emitting thing.
