I have cravings all of the time! I want to share some tricks I have read about with you.
Do not keep any foods that are ultra-processed and crave-worthy in your house.
Eat healthy whole-food snacks whenever you start to feel hungry that are high in protein and fiber
Ride the craving wave for 10 minutes knowing it will subside, and get busy with something else while riding it!
Change the environment you are in that brings on the craving.
Tap your forehead with your fingers for 30 seconds
Have your long-term health goals figured out and ask yourself if the craving aligns with that goal
Put your hand or body in cold water for a few minutes
