Stress is just a part of being human. No matter how hard we try at some point stress will get the better of us. According to research the best tools to manage stress and relieve it are yoga and traditional mindfulness. Everyone knows yoga but mindfulness is bringing all of your attention to the present moment and taking in everything each of your five senses has to offer at that moment!
