Be a friend to yourself

Do you hate watching videos of yourself or hearing your voice? Is being your most prominent critic really helping you achieve your goals or is it making your life miserable and keeping you down? Only you know what you struggle with and have to overcome on a daily basis. Instead of tearing yourself down start to build yourself up. Every time you say something negative about yourself you must also say something positive.

Try only to allow self-criticism that keeps you from making decisions that work against your long-term goals. Treat yourself like you would a friend when they screw up. Have a fantastic day!
